The most important element is that you can indicate the priority of the ticket. If you have a problem preventing you from accessing your data, please mark the ticket as Urgent or High Priority.
When you do, you provide more accurate information about the problem and make it easier for the representatives to track down your problem.
Quick guide for customers to submit tickets through the portal:
Go to our support URL(https://support.object-matrix.com/support/home)
- Log-in
- Click on the ‘New support ticket’ button
- Fill out the form and mention all the details about your issue or request
- In case of a problem, please provide remote access details if possible. Our preferred tool is TeamViewer.
- Click on the Submit button
